Thought I forgot about the Sunday post, didn’t you? I was so close to posting a nothing image. I mean an abstract that has emotion but no defined image. That’s not me, but I’ve learned to embrace abstracts for their emotions.

However, when I grabbed the pad to start drawing I let the emotions go and this is where they landed, friends. The forest fires are devastating for all life, but especially for those fighting them and those fighting to survive them.

It’s a heavy burden, and everyone pays the price.
