Don’t hate the world for not being what you want. Make the world what you want it to be.
Will you please forgive me for trying to keep hope alive? I’ve lied far too many times, giving out that hope as though it were real. I see you on the ground. Beaten so many times it feels as though the world is settling a score.
This desperation may not have an end, but it does have a meaning. Knowing that we face another broken heart, we find the courage to step forward and we find another piece of ourselves. This life is worth living, because with every courageous step the world’s heart beats stronger.
Knowing that they see me as a failure, doesn’t make me one. There’s still lots to learn, and I’m going to fall again. But falling on the right path is so much different than falling on the wrong one.

“They” sadly do exist, but I’m learning to make my own decisions about things. And learning to trust my decisions.
And yes, another Procreate drawing indeed! Ink wash painting is totally the vibe I’m hitting on. I’m all giddy now that it came across.
