Yesterday was all about healing. Comfy clothes were the dress code, hair was tied back and uncombed, I wrote till noon, played and learned on Procreate in the afternoon, and hung out with my sis. It was exactly the day that was needed.

There are no words of wisdom today, my friends. My heart is happy as I spend this morning writing more. Lessons will come later, and as a reward when complete, I’m making nachos!

Last week, you got to see the eye work done on this image. Today, we’ll share the final (at least so far) image of Dee! Dee is a character I am working on for a new untitled series. There is a ways to go on the story, and my main focus is in completing Tomorrow’s Dawn. But I was inspired to try and draw this sweet-hearted character on Procreate. Down the road, it’s going to be wonderful to see how Dee changes as I learn and develop both myself and the story.
