Synopsis

Angry at the broken promise his father left them with, Dasai has learned to take what he wants from life without apology. From the start Kuro had always been overlooked, quiet, and helpful. Struggling to come to terms with their intertwined pasts, it hadn’t occurred to either of them that they could lean on each other. But when the guys who bully Kuro take it too far, Dasai will take what Kuro deserves from this life and hand it to him.

With the New Year here, and the next series coming soon, I wanted to take a moment to revisit my favorite couple; Dasai and Kuro. If you haven’t had a chance to read Without Apology, now is the perfect time to do that! The next series is a spinoff, so expect a fun cameo somewhere along the journey.
