Luckily, we can keep trying.
One of these days, I’m going to find one of my first drawings from…three (??) years ago, and compare it to today. Oo, or maybe I take one of the first drawings and try drawing it now. Ok, challenge initiated!

At the beginning, it felt like I was failing at everything. As hard as it was, and I was on myself, I made a promise not to give in to the negative voices. I truly can’t recall how long it has been since I started. Sadly, I’m still thinking that I should give up because others are so much better than me. But what do I know? They may be feeling the same way. They may be putting in the same hours, and may be facing the same challenges that I face.
So, what I know is that I want to keep trying. Part of that trying, is sharing. Please enjoy my latest. I sketched Dee (character for a current WIP), and decided to see how it would look if I drew him on Procreate. This is fun!
